Solace of Helianthus
Solace of Helianthus, 2021. Ashley Davis, Cheridan Wazny, and Krista Cher. Showcased at the Edge Gallery, during the "QUEER We Go Again" exhibition from Sept. 3rd to 14th, 2021. A Triptych depicting a story of a knight and patron deity. The statue of the deity in the woods covered in moss and ancient, is found by the knight making a pilgrimage. At the moment of contact, the sculpture of the deity comes to life before the knight.
